How are the costs calculated?

Per word: cost per post is words times the word rate, plus image cost, plus editing and upload / SEO hours times your hourly value.

Hourly: cost per post is writing, editing and upload / SEO hours added together, times the hourly rate, plus image cost. For your own time, use your hourly value as that rate.

Monthly cost is cost per post times posts per month. Annual cost is monthly cost times 12. Monthly hours are writing, editing and upload / SEO hours added together, times posts per month. Cost per 1,000 words is cost per post divided by words per post, times 1,000.

Writing hours are an estimate even in per-word mode. They do not change the per-word writing fee. The default 3.33 hours rounds the survey time to two decimals.
